I imagine my latest ceramics somewhere between baroque and punk, frozen in a collision between different time periods. I enjoy the contrast between controlled forms and chaotic gestures and want to combine the qualities of trash and treasure in each object. I hope they tell strange stories of worlds that collapsed and were found again, like the etchings of Piranesi.
